BPSC Protest: Khesari Lal Yadav Supports Students, Demands Re-examination of BPSC 70th Preliminary Exam
The BPSC (Bihar Public Service Commission) protest has gained significant attention, with candidates demanding the cancellation of the BPSC 70th Preliminary Exam and a re-examination. Students have been protesting since December 13, and the movement has now gathered support from political leaders and, recently, actors as well. Popular Bhojpuri actor Khesari Lal Yadav has joined the protest by expressing his support for the candidates.
BPSC Protest and Political Support
The protest, demanding the re-conducting of the BPSC 70th Preliminary Exam, has intensified the political climate in Bihar. After political leaders, now actors are also coming forward in support of the protesting students. Khesari Lal Yadav, the Bhojpuri film superstar, has shown his solidarity by posting a strong message on X (formerly Twitter).
In his post, Khesari wrote, “Na falanwa kaame aayi, na chilwanwa… ulta aapke emotion ke value dene ke bajaye, aapke emotion ko bhadkaya jayega log. A tab tak bhadkaya jayega log, jab tak aap koi naya neta na paida kar dein ya aur kamzor na ho jaye. Isliye kisi ke sahare nahi rahiye. Apna danda aur usmein apna jhanda har zila mein majboot kijiye. Aur haan, lollipop leke budbak mat baniye. Ladai haq ki hai. Theek hai!”
Khesari Lal Yadav’s Support for the Protest
Khesari Lal Yadav, known for his strong influence in the Bhojpuri film industry, expressed his anger over the ongoing BPSC exam issue in Patna. He emphasized the importance of self-reliance and the need for students to stand firm and not rely on any political leader or external influence. His message resonated with many, urging the students to strengthen their collective efforts for justice.
The Bihar Lok Seva Aayog (BPSC) has been under fire from students and various political parties due to the irregularities in the 70th Preliminary Exam held on December 13. Due to disruptions and alleged discrepancies, several centers, including the Bapu Examination Center, saw exams being canceled. Now, BPSC is set to re-conduct exams at 22 centers for the affected candidates, but students are demanding that all centers be canceled and the exam be held again in its entirety.
Political Leaders Join the Protest
The protest has gathered widespread support from several political groups, including Prashant Kishor’s Jan Suraj Party, Congress, CPI-ML, CPI, CPM, and Pappu Yadav’s Party, who have taken to the streets in support of the students’ demands.
The Nitish Kumar government has distanced itself from the issue, stating that BPSC is an independent body, and the decision to resolve the matter lies with the commission itself. However, this response has failed to quell the anger among the candidates and political activists.
Actor Khesari’s Involvement
Now, Khesari Lal Yadav has also reacted to the situation, showing his concern for the protesting students. His support adds to the growing momentum of the movement and strengthens the voices of those demanding fair treatment and a re-examination of the BPSC 70th Preliminary Exam
